Symptoms of anxiety include feelings of overwhelming worry, extreme nervousness, difficulty sleeping, poor concentration, feeling on-edge, avoidant behaviors, fatigue, muscle tension, racing heart rate, stomachaches, sweating, trembling, and rapid breathing.
